JOB DESCRIPTION:- Proactively communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Understand customer needs, inquiries, and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and information. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
