Position: Customer Service Executive (Banking Process) Location: Hebbal, Bangalore Qualification: Graduated Languages Required: English + Hindi Experience: 6 Month experience in Banking Inbound Customer support + 1 years experience in any customer support Shift: Day rotational + 2 rotational weeks off Salary: CTC 4LPA Skill Set Exceptional Problem solving and analysing skills. The candidate should be Energetic and confident over the call. The tone of voice should be Clear and good in English & Hindi. Must be capable to handle Customer Calls and queries. Have Basic Computer Knowledge. Excellent spoken Communication Skills. Active and efficient candidate having zeal to explore career in voice process. 2 dose Vaccination is Mandatory for interview.
