Job Overview:
As an Insurance Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell insurance products. Your primary objective is to generate leads, provide information about insurance policies, and ultimately secure sales. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce insurance products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various insurance products, policies, and coverage options.
Customer Education: Provide detailed information to customers regarding policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage potential customers to purchase insurance policies.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and guide customers through the insurance purchasing process.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of customer information, interactions, and transactions.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to existing customers.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Education: HSC
Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
