Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including building project roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery.
- Build and lead high-morale teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and product management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in data management and product management.
- Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end and leading teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of additional data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
