Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Graphic Design Work
- Act as a proactive creative driver, generating original and innovative visual concepts and ideas that strategically align with marketing and sales objectives.
- Conceptualize and design compelling and impactful visuals from abstract ideas and information for marketing collateral, digital assets (website, social media, infographics, videos, interactive content), sales presentations, corporate presentations, patient educational materials, and internal communications.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams from project inception, contributing creative insights and participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Translate complex medical information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging graphics that are both informative and captivating for B2B & B2C audience.
- Ensure all visual materials consistently adhere to the hospital's brand guidelines while actively seeking opportunities to elevate and evolve the brand's visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, all while maintaining a strong focus on creative excellence.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and innovative communication strategies, proactively recommending new approaches and formats.
- Potentially collaborate with external vendors (printers, photographers, videographers) to bring innovative visual concepts to fruition.
Motion Graphics & Video Editing
- Create motion graphics for explainer videos, social media, and internal films.
- Edit videos using tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Animate text, transitions, and effects using Adobe After Effects.
Work with the audio-visual team and agencies on scripting and storyboarding.
Preferred candidate profile
Technical Skill Set:
- Should be expert in using Design Softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Should be proficient in using Video & Motion Tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
Other Skill Set:
- Should have a deep understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy), accessibility considerations, and their strategic application to achieve communication goals.
- Should have exceptional visual communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to transform complex information into engaging and memorable visual narratives.
- Should have a good in researching for new designs and layouts
- Knowledge of print formats (CMYK, bleed, resolution) and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Multimedia, Graphic & motion design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related fields
At least 6 8+ years of proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on conceptual thinking and idea generation, preferably within a healthcare or related industry or FMCG, or a creative agency
