Addiwise Technologies has launched 3D Printed O& P products using Digital Manufacturing in India and is seeking highly motivated, dynamic and skilled Medical Representatives to drive sales of our specialized (3d Printed) Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) products, including insoles, Ankle-Foot Orthoses (AFOs), Supra-Malleolar Orthoses (SMOs), and prosthetic solutions. Focus on building relationships with podiatrists, vascular specialists, diabetologists, and orthopedic doctors to enhance patient care through innovative technologies. MR will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful promotion and sales of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and develop strong relationships with podiatrists, vascular specialists, diabetologists, and orthopedic doctors, among others.
Present and promote Addiwises O&P products, highlighting their benefits and technical features.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for healthcare professionals.
Address patient-specific requirements to provide tailored solutions for rehabilitation and mobility.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to stay updated on industry advancements and promote brand visibility.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of Addiwise products into treatment protocols.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in designated territories.
Provide top-notch after-sales support to healthcare providers, resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and generate reports to track sales progress. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the O&P or related healthcare field.
Familiarity with O&P products such as insoles, AFOs, SMOs, and prosthetics is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by podiatrists, vascular specialists, diabetologists, and orthopedic doctors.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales goals and maintaining client relationships.
Self-driven and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
