few of his responsibilities are below:
1. Preparing & submitting stock statements to the bank.
2. Preparing & finalising TDS entry & deposit TDS.
3. Preparing & finalising TCS entry & Deposit TCS.
4.Submitting TDS/TCD data for retune filling.
5. GSTR-1 Return finalising .
6. GSTR-3B Return finalising.
7 GSTR-9 Return preparation.
8. preparing sale data.
9. Coordinate and co0mplete audits.
10. Yearly send ledger confirmation to our debtors & creditors.
11.If required then we check the debtor/creditor ledger & make Reco & also discuss the difference.
12. checking & issuing debit notes /credit notes.
13. Monitoring and scrutinization of accounts ledger scrutiny.
14. proper care of all statutory laws like PF/ESI/TCS/GST/advance tax/income tax etc.
15. Handing a cash book.
16. Billing
17.G.R update physically.
18. check the trial balance and identify the error.
19.issuing vendor payment.
Academics : BCom , MBA finance
Experience : Approx 8-10 years
Salary : 28-30k
Note : Candidates should be from Manufacturing industries .
: Candidates should be resident of Faridabad.
