nCino Solution Architect

Role Overview: As an nCino Solution Architect, you will play a key role in project delivery teams, responsible for developing, communicating, and maintaining the integrity of the overall functional and technical solution. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a "Right First-Time" approach to delivering client value and maintaining the overall solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle. You will establish program/project governance aligned with client best practices, participate in status meetings and steering committees, and provide ongoing feedback to Product Management. Your role will involve maintaining solution consistency, planning project phases, and ensuring project commitments are met.

Role Responsibilities:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking industry in a lead role with exposure to Retail or Corporate banking operations, preferably on lending.
• Experience/exposure to leading Banking Solutions is essential.
• Deep knowledge of vertical banking and ability to articulate end-to-end requirements for systems and processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in nCino and other banking solutions, including market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Experience in leading and collaborating across teams for successful solution delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to explain functional and technical concepts effectively.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and plan work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong team and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• TOGAF9 certification preferred.
