Primary Purpose of the role This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Key Tasks & Accountabilities The responsibilities and duties section is the most important part of the job description. Here you should outline the functions this position will perform on a regular basis, how the job functions. within the organization and the title of the manager the person will report to. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents Coordinate project deliverables Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company Provide administrative support for operations team Monitor the production staff Implement and maintain site specific processes and procedures. Develop and take ownership of the Facilities expense budget. Assure programs are being implemented effectively and efficiently including; repair and maintenance, food & beverage, EHS, etc. Communicate with in-house FM Team and leadership team to provide excellent day-to-day operations. Work alongside relevant stakeholders to ensure that the facility is maintained safely and securely. Timelines and commitment with an emphasis on reliability, quality and service. Maintain positive relationship with Landlord/Property manager. Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience - Associate degree required (Bachelors degree preferred) 4+ years experience working in an office setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Customer-service oriented Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision Personal Attributes 1.
