Job Description

As an IT Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's and clients network infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of networking. concepts, protocols, and technologies, along with hands-on experience in managing various IT systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN gateways Maintain and support TCP/IP networking protocols, including IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and VLANs Setup, configure, and manage virtual private network (VPN) connections for secure remote access Implement and manage firewall rules and policies to protect company resources Perform Linux server administration tasks, including hosting, backups, and system maintenance Manage and maintain email systems, including SMTP servers, email clients, and anti-spam solutions Administer and troubleshoot DNS services and domain name management Configure and manage cPanel hosting environment, ensuring server security and stability Familiarity with FHM Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, and VPN technologies Proficiency in managing firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN gateways Experience with Linux server administration, including hosting, backups, and maintenance Knowledge of email systems, SMTP servers, and anti-spam solutions Familiarity with DNS services and domain name management Experience with cPanel and WHM hosting environments are preferred Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills If you believe you possess the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this role, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to hidden_email.
