What are we looking for You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning. You are an ambitious sales professional and a hustler that can effectively execute your initiatives. You are comfortable presenting and pitching our product and startup. You are flexible for traveling and meeting up with clients. You enjoy utilizing the strength of knowledge-sharing between team members. You want to take on responsibility and be a crucial part of the companys growth strategy You can think independently and outside the box Strong sales planning ability around implementing strategic and tactical plans for. a portfolio of customers Result orientated with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes What will you be doing Work with the core team of founders. Set up meetings and present our product to clients. Connect with organizations and VCs for creating a customer base and funding opportunities. Enhance go-to-market strategy for the startup Develop business strategies for present and future Create a pitch deck and present it to our investors and in competitions Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis. Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics Maintain customer relationships and work proactively to recognize customers business requirements. About Bots in Red * Bots in Red, an early stage startup, was founded in early 2021 with 4 enthusiasts working in diverse engineering fields with an immense love for robotics and automation. We all had a common goal of providing affordable automated products for the citizens of India. With this goal in our minds, we came up with a product idea called "PODS - Pill Organising and Dispensing System". This device can sort all the pills and dispense them when it is the right time to take them. We can also set the alarms through our web app and create customized user profiles. We are planning to provide this product to hospitals, senior citizen homes, and individual users. Thus our business will be B2G and B2C. We are at a stage where we are confident that our product will hit the market soon and we already have our first customers ready!
