  • Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving tech support skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a managed IT services firm
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills as this is a customer-facing role
  • Must have professional customer service skills
  • IT Certifications: Cisco/ Microsoft/CompTIA certifications are an asset
  • Highly motivated with a passion for technology
