Role & responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for clients
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Maintain candidate records and prepare recruitment reports

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process

Sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and networks

Screening & shortlisting candidates

Scheduling & coordinating interviews

Building and maintaining a talent pool

Preferred candidate profile :

Undergraduate or Bachelors degree in HR or related field
0-5 years of recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred)
Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and job positions
