Role Description The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, and providing information about our products and services. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The candidate will be expected to provide customer support via phone, email and chat. The candidate should also be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Support skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and patience Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience focused mindset Ability to. work well in a team setting Prior experience in a Customer Service role is a plus Fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in any other regional language is a plus. Minimum education: High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
