Inviting applications for the role of Lead Architect
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Lead Architect to guide the design and implementation of complex technology solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecture principles, system design, and modern technologies (e.g., cloud, microservices, DevOps, and data platforms). As a thought leader, you will drive architecture governance, ensure scalability, and align technology decisions with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the enterprise or solution architecture strategy, standards, and guidelines.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams across multiple projects.
- Guide the adoption of emerging technologies (cloud, containers, APIs, etc.).
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture solutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Oversee design and architecture documents, system integration, and platform roadmaps.
- Ensure security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization across platforms.
- Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in software architecture and development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software or solution architecture roles.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong background in microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration, security, and system design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
