Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Thane. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing client relationships to achieve business objectives. You will be required to create, implement and maintain informed strategic business plans that. promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. With the flexibility for some remote work, you will be expected to maintain awareness of market trends, competitors, and opportunities to help shape our business development strategies. Responsibilities: Liaison and build relations with doctors, consultants, nursing staff and key stakeholders Lead generation and conversion from various sources Doctors/hospitals/corporates Visiting different hospitals, individual clinics, nursing homes and other stakeholders at regular frequency as per the plan defined Responsible for developing market development activities to enhance brand equity and awareness of Jyeshtha Care Services in the community and healthcare industry. Qualifications: Experience in previous business development, sales or marketing roles Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Adept at conducting market research, analysis, and staying abreast of industry trends Ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing priorities and maintain attention to detail Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a healthcare-related field would be beneficial Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
