Abzer is a leading technology company based in Dubai, providing comprehensive technology solutions and services to Business Enterprises. Abzer has multiple SAAS Products for Digital Payments, HealthTech and Supply chain. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base for SAAS and Digital Payment Products, increasing revenue and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, devising sales and marketing strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals ONLY those who have proven B2B SAAS Sales Experience need to apply. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and marketing strategies for SAAS and Digital Payment products. Identify and target potential clients and markets for product expansion. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats. Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and. manage a team of sales and marketing executives to meet and exceed sales targets. Set clear sales goals and provide guidance on sales tactics and strategies. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Marketing Collateral and Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content. Ensure that sales and marketing materials effectively communicate the value proposition of our SAAS products. Plan and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption. Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing, to promote the productsand services. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, and report progress to senior management. Identify and prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor developments, and emerging technologies. Use market research to make data-driven decisions and refine sales strategies. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our SAAS products and their features. Be able to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits to potential clients. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: 5+ years if proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the SAAS and Digital Payment Products, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the Digital Payments, eCommerce, Supply Chain and HealthTech is preferred Strong leadership and team management skills. Demonstrable experience in generating leads and closing agreements Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent industry and market knowledge and ability to analyze the competition and aligning the customer acquisition strategy Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Proficiency in managing CRM. Willingness to travel as needed.
