Job Description

GM Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, the IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our information technology infrastructure. This includes managing our servers, networks, databases, and other critical IT systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, while also assisting in the development and execution of our IT strategy. Responsibilities Design and implement robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions Manage and monitor the performance and availability of servers, networks, and databases Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT policies. and procedures Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of server and network administration - Proficient in cloud technologies, virtualization, and storage solutions Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks Proven leadership and team management capabilities Benefits Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus
