Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to sell credit cards.
- Explain the features, benefits of credit card.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team briefings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients post-sale.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit card sales or health insurance sales or life insurance sales only.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: North Indian Hindi, Tamil, Bengali or Kannada.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives.
Shift Window:
9am-9pm (females 7pm last shift)
