The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat, resolving complaints and processing orders. The chosen candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or call center operations. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
