Job Description

We are hiring for Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, information, and support in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries or issues to maintain a positive brand image. Experience: 1-2 Years Mode of Work: Onsite Location: Karimnagar Note: "Looking for local candidates" Key Responsibilities: Customer Support Issue Resolution Product Knowledge Documentation Customer Education Feedback Handling Compliance Qualifications and Skills: Education: A degree in a related field can be an advantage. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Multilingual skills may be a plus, depending on the customer base. Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to remain patient, empathetic, and focused on customer needs. Problem-Solving. Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address customer issues and find solutions. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other common office applications. Time Management: The ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. Conflict Resolution: Skills to de-escalate conflicts and provide satisfactory resolutions to customer complaints
