Roles And Responsibility:-

Excellent Communication skill in English (Fluent Speaking & Writing).

• Basic Computer knowledge.
• Telemarketing, Telesales, Outbound sales & support skills.
• Good comprehension skills ability.
• Effective problem-solving skills including decision making.
• Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations. Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for making outbound calls to leads.
• Convince potential customers to purchase product/services
• Convert leads into sales for the product/services.
• Handle customers calls, solve queries. Explain the product to the customer, provide pricing details and obtain the customers basic details.
• Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance & relevant reports, including the daily schedule as assigned
