Key Responsibility
- Brand Standardisation - Execute brand standardisation initiative for Narayana Hospitals and other verticals.
- Creative Development - Create compelling content (written, visual) that resonates with the target audience and amplifies the brand message.
- Manage and oversee brand assets, ensuring consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling and consistent brand materials.
- Develop group-level campaigns aimed at increasing Brand Awareness (TOM & Unaided) and Consideration
- Coordinate and manage units marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging to enhance overall brand awareness and consideration.
- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal/cross functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of corporate and unit marketing initiatives. and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Liaison with internal finance and purchase team to ensure timely approvals and payments.
