Job Description: Production Control Engineer Responsibilities This role is for a Production control Engineer to the support the Maxit & BetaNXT products and working out of India with the following responsibilities: 4+ years of Control m monitoring and having basic knowledge of Linux-Unix system and SQL DB. Monitoring and escalating/resolving alerts in solarwinds, CTM/drone alerts. Handling client Communication and respond to any queries from client. Update Client with the progress of Jobs. Initial analysis for batch related issues and escalating to Appropriate team. Ensure that all operational responsibilities are performed including monitoring systems and deploying releases. IT Service Management exposure. Proactively identify operational risks. Provide short term solutions whilst tracking long term resolution. The work needs to work in 24x7 shifts. Skills Needed Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge in working on control-m as a. monitoring tool. Good knowledge of linux and SQL/Oracle database commands Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and spoken English.
