Assistant Manager Production @ DMart

Job Description

• Coordinate the production schedule and adjust as necessary to meet demand while maintaining optimal efficiency
• Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure that production goals are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring that all food safety regulations
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments to processes as needed to maintain product consistency and prevent contamination.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members, ensuring they understand safety protocols, production standards, and job expectations.
• Provide performance feedback and identify opportunities for employee development and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve any production or equipment issues that may arise, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations
• Work closely with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical or operational problems with equipment
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, waste, downtime, and resource utilization
