Role & responsibilities
1. Maintenance of FAS/UPS/CCTV/HVAC & FF systems
2. Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment like Oven, Make line, Cold Room, Mixer, Rounder, chiller etc.
3. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance/Breakdown Maintenance/Predictive maintenance.
4. Manage Multiple sites.
5. Coordinate with vendors for PMS
6. Coordinate with operation dept for Major equipment maintenance.
7. Coordinate with the Back office team (GRN, Accounts) for payments related to vendors.
8. Troubleshoot Problems with stipulated time.
9. Root cause analysis of Breakdown equipment.
10. Ensure maximum availability of equipment by planning and scheduling of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, ITI, prior experience of handling a multi unit role. Experienced candidates from Hotel or QSR Industry with good job stability.
