  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in catastrophe modelling, risk analytics, or exposure management.
  • Strong expertise in RMS/AIR models and exposure data management.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA for automation and data processing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
