Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in catastrophe modelling, risk analytics, or exposure management.
Strong expertise in RMS/AIR models and exposure data management.
Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA for automation and data processing.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
