Ansible Automation Engineering

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience authoring Ansible roles and playbooks for enterprise systems
• Strong Python scripting ability for custom modules, validation hooks, and CLI helpers
• Deep familiarity with Ansible Tower/AWX: job templates, workflow templates, surveys, and RBAC
• Solid understanding of Linux (RHEL/Debian) administration and system facts gathering
• Experience validating roles with Molecule, plus linting via yamllint and unit tests via pytest
• Comfort packaging and publishing Ansible collections to Galaxy and integrating into CI pipelines
• Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL ecosystem-configuration tuning via Ansible facts
• Excellent collaboration skills for working across offshore/onshore teams and with Google stakeholders
