Job Location: Gurgaon , Haryana Job Responsibilities: As an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Analyst ,your role involves managing the implementation and optimization of an ERP system tailored to the specific needs of the agri /dairy industry. Job Responsibilities Include: Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with different departments within the dairy and agri FPC to understand their unique processes and information needs. ERP Selection: Assisting in the selection of an ERP system that aligns with the dairy and agri FPC's operational requirements and goals. System Configuration: Configuring the ERP software to meet the specific workflows and processes involved in agri and dairy farming, production, and supply chain management. Data Migration: Overseeing the migration of existing data to the new ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Training and User Support: Providing training to end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system and offering ongoing support. Customization: Tailoring the ERP system to accommodate specific needs related to procurement, quality control, inventory management, and other agri/dairy related processes. Integration: Collaborating with other systems (such as farm management tools or quality control systems) to ensure seamless integration with the ERP software. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the ERP system. Reporting and Analytics: Designing and implementing reporting functionalities to generate insights and key performance indicators relevant to agri/ dairy operations. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for system optimization and improvements based on user feedback and evolving business requirements. Data Security: Implementing measures to secure sensitive agri /dairy production and business data within the ERP system. Salary: Negotiable Qualification, Required Skills and Competencies: Education: A bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline is often required. Experience of min 8-10 yrs is preferred. ERP Certification: Having certifications in specific ERP systems can be beneficial. Examples include certifications for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP solutions depending on the technology used by the organization. Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, SQL, and understanding of ERP software and modules. Familiarity with programming languages and scripting may be an advantage. Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of business processes, especially in the context of the industry for which the ERP system is being implemented like agri and dairy. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential to interact with different stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training to end-users. Project Management: Ability to manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting business objectives. Team Collaboration: Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and end-users. Attention to Detail: ERP systems deal with vast amounts of data and processes. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate configuration and reliable system performance. Problem-solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions is essential for maintaining an efficient ERP system. Adaptability: An ERP Analyst should be adaptable to changes in technology and business processes. Travel: Open to extensive Travel to different FPC locations.
