Job Title: Technical Trainer IT Services

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our IT services team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical concepts and practical implementation, enabling employees to stay ahead in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver hands-on technical training programs for developers, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
  
• Create learning paths for onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling based on business goals.
  
• Conduct workshops and live coding sessions using modern tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Docker, etc.).
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and continuously refine programs.
  
• Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs aligned with project demands.
  
• Maintain documentation, learning resources, and technical manuals.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, Developer, or similar role in an IT services environment.
  
• Strong command over programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, etc.) and frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
  
• Experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or similar is a plus.
  
• Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  

Preferred:

• Certifications in training, Agile methodologies, or relevant tech domains.
  
• Experience in a staffing or client-facing IT services company.
