We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Front Office Executive / Receptionist to be the face of Introlligent at our office. This role requires someone with excellent communication and multitasking skills who can manage front desk operations efficiently and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a warm and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor passes.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure all facilities are in place for meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
Support HR/Admin/Facilities team with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or any relevant qualification.
1 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Polite, approachable, and presentable with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
