Position: ERP Functional Consultant - Immediate Joiner Company: Private IT Company Location: Delhi Experience: 2 - 6 years Salary: 3 LPA - 5 LPA Number of Openings: 2 Requirement : Graduate/BTech in IT Industry. Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience with [Specify ERP Software, e.g., SAP, ERP Next , Oracle, Infor LN, Microsoft Dynamic,etc]. Role Description: We're seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant for an immediate joining opportunity at our Private IT Company based in Delhi. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both onsite and remote work. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration of solutions. Customize ERP modules to align with unique business requirements. Proper testing of the product before delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs. Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional. specifications. Familiarity with enterprise software applications. Develop functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and diverse team members. Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working with supply chain management, finance processes is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
