Requirements
Experience Required: 10+ years
Expertise in front-end technologies like ReactJS , TypeScript, HTML, CSS,and JavaScript libraries.
We are seeking an experienced Technical ProgramManager with a strong background in software engineering and proficiencyin C#, .NET, .NET Core, React JS, TypeScript, Web APIs, MSSQL, andMongoDB. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee software developmentinitiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of automotive software systemsthrough collaboration and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with Product Management and business stakeholders to ensure clear application design and specification.
- Lead the development of new applications to meet specified requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor other Software Engineers on the team.
- Analyze and maintain existing applications and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to provide timely solutions.
- Modify software to correct errors, enhance quality, and improve reliability, productivity, and performance.
- Analyze system specifications and break down requirements into actionable tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development with strong proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with MSSQL, MongoDB, microservices, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in front-end technologies like React JS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with fluency in English.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Positive attitude, adaptability to change, and ability to take strategic direction from management.
- Ability to work for extended periods at a computer and maintain focus during working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership or management experience in technical program management or similar roles.
- Strong collaboration and mentorship abilities, fostering growth within a development team.
- Automotive software systems experience is a plus.
