    We are seeking a friendly, well-spoken, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher looking to begin a career in office administration. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
    • Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company
    • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
    • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
    • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
    • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support as required

    Requirements:

    • Fresh graduate
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
