Job Description
- Online approval for printing and production at the vendor site
- Proofreading and approval of artworks
- Maintaining the artwork library and master files
- Monitor the packaging process to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Coordination with all factories for the day-to-day basis for the packaging quality and improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot packaging quality issues in coordination with production and supplier teams.
- Review and maintain quality documentation related to packaging including COAs, test reports, deviation reports, and CAPA documentation.
- Coordination with suppliers to resolve packaging-related non-conformances and drive quality improvements.
- Participate in new packaging material validation, trials, and line clearance activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards
- Support internal and external audits by providing packaging-related data and reports.
- Train line staff on packaging quality inspection and standards.
- Creating packing material specification

Educational Qualification: Graduate / MSC Chemistry
Preferred Profile:
Knowledge & Experience in QA packaging and proofing -JD
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 Years
Industry : FMCG/printing and packaging/ Cosmetics /Manufacturing (Except Food Industry)
Location : Chennai - anna Nagar
