Job Purpose/Summary:

• The position of Service Delivery Manager Shared Infra requires a solid "Service" background and a very good experience with infrastructure (OS, middleware, DB, virtualization, storage, network, cybersecurity, DataCenter, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
• Purpose of the position:
Ensure operational excellence in operations and governance and monitor the quality of service provided by the outsourcer. (SDM)Support the business by challenging the supplier to improve the quality of delivery using its system, middleware, database or infrastructure knowledge.   
•  The missions entrusted to him are:
1.Ensure compliance with the services contracted by the business with the outsourcer and the expected service levels 2.Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality of service, processes and governance 3.Ensure the organization of operations on Shared infra components and ensure its quality control 4.Ensure communication on the status of changes, incidents and critical or visible problems in progress to management 5.Ensure the validation of invoicing and the negotiation of penalties 6. Guarantee the maintenance in operational condition of the systems managed in the application contracts by the outsourcer (shared-infra). 7. Co-facilitate monthly meetings with the outsourcer 8.Ensure the quality of technical documentation 9.Checking the completeness of the CMDB 10.Ensure the continuous improvement of contracted services, the optimization of uses and capacity planning 11.Support the Project Manager or architect in the framing of development and project requests and the organization of the transition to production 12.Ensure the application of the security policy by the outsourcer, test plans, compliance monitoring 

• Key Performance Indicators: Support technical requests, performance and capacity, incidents, exchanges, participate in RCA analysis and production, support DRP tests.
Qualificaton: B.E.
