Job Description

Data Collection & Management: Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain and update databases to support ongoing analysis needs.

Data Cleaning & Preparation: Preprocess raw data by identifying and rectifying errors, handling missing values, and transforming data into a usable format.

Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyze complex datasets, identifying trends, correlations, and patterns that inform business strategies.

Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present findings clearly.

Reporting & Presentation: Communicate analytical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written reports.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL for data querying.

Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python,Numpy).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.

Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

Certification in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate).
