Job Description

Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance in the assigned area.
- Forecast demand and set sales goals for team members.
Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and motivate Medical Representatives (MRs) or Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and joint calls.
Market Development
- Identify and expand into new business opportunities including doctors, chemists, and Ayurvedic practitioners.
- Organize medical camps, product demos, and awareness drives.
Product Promotion
- Promote the company's Ayurvedic product range to doctors, retail chemists, and health clinics.
- Ensure scientific communication and adherence to marketing strategies.
Distribution & Supply Chain Coordination
- Manage relationships with distributors and stockists.
- Monitor stock levels, order processing, and timely product delivery.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Ayurvedic drug regulations.
