Job Description

    1. Sales Management

      • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

      • Track and analyze sales performance in the assigned area.

      • Forecast demand and set sales goals for team members.

    2. Team Leadership

      • Manage, train, and motivate Medical Representatives (MRs) or Sales Executives.

      • Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and joint calls.

    3. Market Development

      • Identify and expand into new business opportunities including doctors, chemists, and Ayurvedic practitioners.

      • Organize medical camps, product demos, and awareness drives.

    4. Product Promotion

      • Promote the company's Ayurvedic product range to doctors, retail chemists, and health clinics.

      • Ensure scientific communication and adherence to marketing strategies.

    5. Distribution & Supply Chain Coordination

      • Manage relationships with distributors and stockists.

      • Monitor stock levels, order processing, and timely product delivery.

    6. Reporting & Compliance

      • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and team performance.

      • Ensure compliance with company policies and Ayurvedic drug regulations.
