About the Role
As a Senior Technical Test Analyst/Lead, you will consult to our top tier client base to develop & deliver high calibre solutions. The role will be a mixture of onsite client delivery, implementing strategic solutions & office operational work. Further to this, you will be working on proposals, getting involved with staff mentoring, development and innovation projects. This is a technical role & the incumbent must have a strong development background, with sound experience in OOP, toolsets & model-based frameworks, along with the soft skills that would naturally be required for a senior manager.
You will be equally comfortable discussing best practice with the experts & potential opportunities with clients. Knowing how to assess risk, enabling a positive ROI & possessing the ability to produce quality documented strategies are all fundamentals of this newly created position. Developing RFP & delivering information to clients confidently is a must, but also have the technical expertise to fix complex issues & architect high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
Analyse, design, build scalable & robust solutions both internally for Planit + our clients
Involvement with:
o Automation
o Quality Engineering
o Scalable Agile
o DevOps
o Innovation
Manage stakeholder expectations, keeping them informed throughout projects.
Work across multiple clients delivering strategic & tactical solutions + pre-sales work
Be responsible for contracts, negotiations & profitability. Skills & Experience
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in testing, with at least 2+ years in Selenium with Java or similar
A solid understanding of Object Oriented development practices.
In-depth experience delivering quality test automation solutions with tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Tosca or Ranorex etc.
Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems & implement innovative solutions
An aptitude for best practice development standards
Experience with cloud & hybrid cloud environments
