Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader for our Customer Service - International Blended Process. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer service teams and meeting performance targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of customer service agents.
Ensure the team meets daily and monthly targets KPIs and SLAs (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).
Monitor performance and provide feedback and coaching.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues.
Motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment.
Prepare and share performance reports with the management.
Conduct regular team meetings , training sessions and one-on-one reviews.

Requirements:

Minimum 13 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or international call center.
Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal English).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work in rotational Day shifts (5 days working).
Qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.
