Job Description

    We are hiring a Team Leader for our Customer Service - International Blended Process. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer service teams and meeting performance targets.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of customer service agents.

    • Ensure the team meets daily and monthly targets KPIs and SLAs  (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).

    • Monitor performance and provide feedback and coaching.

    • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues.

    • Motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment.

    •  Prepare and share performance reports with the management.

    • Conduct regular team meetings , training sessions and one-on-one reviews.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 13 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or international call center.

    • Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal English).

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

    • Flexible to work in rotational Day shifts (5 days working).

    • Qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.
