We are hiring for our MNC client.

Designation: Quality Control Tester / Transaction Monitoring Specialist
Experience Required: 2 to 8 years in AML Operations / KYC Reviews
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Location: Bangalore
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Contract Duration: 6 Months to 1 year & extendable
Payroll Company: SuperSeva Global Services
Salary: 48,000 50,000 CTC / 44,000 45,000 In-hand

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control testing on Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
  
• Analyze and understand risks identified through KYC risk assessments.
  
• Identify red flags through transaction monitoring and analysis.
  
• Provide effective mitigation plans to address identified risks.
  
• Deliver QC scores and constructive feedback to analysts.
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Proven experience in KYC reviews and transaction monitoring.
  
• Prior experience working with an international bank.
  
• Hands-on experience in quality control and team management.
  
• ACAMS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  

Eligibility Requirements:

• Domain expertise in AML and KYC.
  
• Strong background in quality control and team leadership.
  
• Experience with an international banking environment.
