Tasks Expert Virtual Employee Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly qualified HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resource processes .Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding. - Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. - Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. 2. Employee Records: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. - Handle documentation related to employee changes, promotions, and terminations. 3. Benefits Administration: - Support in administering employee benefits programs. - Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. 4. Training and Development: - Collaborate with HR team to coordinate training sessions and workshops. - Track employee training progress and maintain training records. 5. Performance Management: - Support performance appraisal processes and documentation. - Assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans. 6. Employee Relations: - Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 7. Compliance: - Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations. - Assist in HR audits and compliance checks. Requirements:- Masters degree in Human Resources (MBA in HR). - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources roles. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in HRIS and MS Office suite. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Schedule: Ability to commute/relocate: Kalyan, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: HR : 3 years (Preferred) If you are a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced HR professional looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Note: The above job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent.
