Chief Operating Officer - Automobile Gears Company @ Mirah International

Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives (Sales, Operations and Profitability)
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
Build trust relations with key Business partners and Vendors
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
Meeting the Topline and Bottomline targets of the Company.
Main functions reporting: Manufacturing, R&D, HR, Finance and Purchase
The candidate must have:
Prior exposure to the automobile industry
Have some experience in Finance / Marketing
Should be experienced in managing and leading a team
Must have demonstrated the ability to think and execute new projects

CTC 25-27Lacs can be offered.
CTC - Approx. Rs. 1.85 lacs per month plus car + driver + phone.
