Role Summary 1. Business Mix of Commercial and Consumer Lines 2. GPW/Non Motor GPW growth 3. Maintaining Hygiene - Cheque Bounce & Receivables Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities 1. Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline. 2. Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business 3. Make individual agents grow Year On Year 4. Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents 5. Responsible for ensuring quality of applications 6. Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services 7. To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business 8. Train agents on products, process and USP's of Co. Stakeholder interfaces Experience 5-10 yrs experience Education Skills: IRDA, Licensing, Recruit, Train, Appoint Experience: 5.00-10.00 Years
