Job Description

Work with Software Product or Architect for Adaptive AUTOSAR based product/solution to create comprehensive requirement documents, including functional specifications, use cases, and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability for diagnostics area.
Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulate requirements and address concerns.
Ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and break down into requirements.
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to requirement ambiguity, conflicts, or feasibility.

Primary Skills / Qualities:

Must haves:

Strong in Diagnostics Domain Knowledge.

Expertise in SWE.1 and Requirements Engineering ensuring traceability to system requirements.

Shall have good exposure in understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture & Software design.

Experience in defining & Writing requirements for Adaptive Autosar based application & platform software.

Work experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture, AUTOSAR methodologies & Tools.

Ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and break down into requirements

Shall evaluate, prioritize and refine gathered requirements to identify inconsistencies, ambiguities and potential conflicts.

Experience with requirements management tools (Ex: JIRA, Codebeamer, Doors, Etc.)

Familiarity with UML (Unified Modeling Language) for requirement visualization.

Shall possess strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.

Good to have

Certification in Requirements Engineering (e.g., IREB CPRE)

Working experience in C++ (14,17) programming language and tools.
