UI UX Designer - Delhi - Heads Up

Job Description

• Designing and developing UI components using advanced JavaScript
• Collaborating on new technologies and processes within a company or community
• Developing visualisation of screens within a prototype framework
• Working closely with multiple stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines
• Taking a 'design brief' to understand requirements
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders
• Developing well thought-out user experience flows
• Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.

Required Candidate profile

• A deep expertise in UI/UX development as a craft
• Knowledge about most modern standardized JavaScript language features, especially how they relate to interactions, animations, and performance
• Knowledge about modern CSS language features, including Flexbox, CSS Grid, feature queries
• Expertise in building modular, reusable, flexible components and accessible interfaces
• An understanding of HTML semantics and ARIA roles, and knowing their correct application
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Xd, After effects, etc
• Strong attention to detail and thrive in changing environment
