Job Description

We are seeking an Engineer to join our End-to-End testing Automation and Content Release Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing test operations and release process. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and knowledge in Jenkins job execution, Docker, Kafka and troubleshooting, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the products functionality and reliability.
 
What you'll Do:
  • Writes clean, readable, and we'll-structured code that follows the Python PEP 8 style guide.
  • Manage test operations by setting up and executing Jenkins jobs, monitoring test runs, and analysing results for reliability, and accuracy.
  • Automate testing scenarios, ensuring thorough validation of the products functionality and usability.
  • Actively seek feedback, review code, and implement improvements to enhance the codebases quality and maintainability.
  • Analyse test failures, investigate root causes, and work with engineers to resolve issues, including framework issues and functional bug. Debug issues detected by Customers and internal Team member.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and use cases, translating them into effective test plans and cases.
Whatyou'll Need:
  • 0.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in coding in Python and Defect Management.
  • Experience with Jenkins job execution for running and managing test pipelines.
  • Ability to analyse test results, investigate issues, and troubleshoot test failures effectively.
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing technical debt or areas for optimization.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Python best practices and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Good to have Knowledge in security Domain
