Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests via calls, chats, or tickets.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and basic applications.
Perform password resets, user access provisioning, and basic network troubleshooting.
Document issues and solutions in the helpdesk system.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support as needed.
Maintain inventory and log of IT assets and incidents.
