Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for IAM Administrator Location Pune Viman Nagar.
Below are the JD
Tools - Must have strong understanding on SailPoint, SNOW, ARS, BB UEM, Putty tools
Ability - manage user accounts and access permissions. Collaborate for precise access control. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM technical issues. Able to troubleshoot access related queries.
BAU - Day-to-day IAM functions across the organization, administer the IAM system
Reporting - review access control reports for security, timely reporting of BAU & Project (Weekly/Monthly). Access Request Report, user provisioning report, Authentication report
Shift Management - Self-management of assigned projects and daily tasks in an environment with shifting priorities
Team Collaboration - Working with technical and non-technical staff to develop and implement IAM best practices. Working with multiple teams/ department to gain information and advise to grant application access.
Communication - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
Familiarity with information security compliance and best practices. Supporting IT & Security operations for provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts
Effectively manages, administer and maintained SOP related to IAM processes and solutions, minimizing disruption to business operations.
Demonstrates a clear vision for IAM execution, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Manages user accesses, lifecycle management, access review, service requests and user account.
Providing newly onboarded application training to team members and encourage them to work on requests to build their confidence.
