Coordinate with L1 support for escalated incidents and service requests.
Manage tool configurations, patches, and upgrades.
Maintain documentation for known issues, fixes, and SOPs.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for advanced troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and incident response timelines.
